Yes, you may apply for multiple categories if you meet the eligibility criteria for each. We recommend applying to the category that best reflects your current role and impact.

Yes, applicants should be based in Australia.
Initiatives submitted should have been implemented within the past 12–24 months (at least one example).
Yes, nominations are welcome from peers, leaders, CEOs, CHROs, or team members. You will still need to complete the application to be considered.
You can apply directly through the website by selecting the relevant category and completing the application form.
Applicants are required to submit details about their role, experience, and responses to a set of structured questions aligned with leadership, impact, and mindset.
Once submitted, applications cannot be edited. Please review your responses carefully before submitting.
Providing a LinkedIn profile is recommended. Uploading a resume or any other document is optional.
Each category is evaluated by an independent jury based on demonstrated impact, leadership mindset, and the ability to influence business and people outcomes.
The jury comprises senior leaders including CEOs, CHROs, founders, and academic experts.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.
The award ceremony will be held in 2026. The date and venue shall be announced later.
Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the awards.
All applications are handled with strict confidentiality and are reviewed only by authorised evaluators.
