Applicants are required to submit details about their role, experience, and responses to a set of structured questions aligned with leadership, impact, and mindset.

Each category is evaluated by an independent jury based on demonstrated impact, leadership mindset, and the ability to influence business and people outcomes.

The jury comprises senior leaders including CEOs, CHROs, founders, and academic experts.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.

The award ceremony will be held in August 2026, in Sydney. The date and venue shall be announced later.
